There is a difference. Focus on achieving and moving towards health rather than moving away from sickness.
Focusing on avoidance is based on fear and scarcity thinking. This will lead to anxiety and perpetuate illness.
Focusing on moving towards health is abundance thinking.
In other words focus your energy on healthy thoughts and habits. The more you do this, the less energy you have to focus on the negative.
For example, put your intention on eating healthy as a way to promote nourishment rather than a punishment.
This is abundance vs. scarcity thinking. Scarcity is fear-driven and creates disease.
Abundance living pushes out scarcity.
